Q: Can I get your item at lower price?
A: Very sorry .. We can't as our profit is low. Hope you understand.

Q: How much we charge for alter length of chain?
A: For lengthten of chain, we'll charge accordingly. But for shorten of chain, there's no charges.

Q: How long the postage took to reach my place?
A: It is very difficult for us to answer this question. For Singapore, most likely 1 to 3 days after we send out your items. Other Countries, depends on how far.

Q: Can we reserved items?
A: Yes, you may. BUT .. Only maximum of 1 week.

Q: What's the difference between normal and registered postage?
A: Normal postages are send through your letterbox. And registered postages are postman go to your doorstep to ensure that you receive your mail safely.
